Boshart recommends - Using both Gray Stainless Steel PTFE Tape & Gray Magic Pipe Thread Compound together for joining stainless steel threaded connections.
Features
- Heavy duty 304 stainless steel head casting with permanently installed 304 stainless steel Sch. 40 pipe nipple leg
- Permanent hard setting thread sealant ensures a watertight connection, and secures nipple in tank tee head, it will not un-thread if the tank tee needs to be removed to replace a defective pressure tank
- Provides high corrosion resistance
